More detailed information for designing, developing, and mass producing your products is provided in My Download List in My Renesas.

 

To download the more detailed information from My Download List, you must first register as a My Renesas user and a Premium User.

 

To register as a Premium User, please contact your local Renesas Electronics distributor.

 

After confirming the details of your request, your user account will be upgraded to a Premium User account. Note that this may take a few days to complete. Once your account has been upgraded, you will receive a notification via e-mail. You can then download the more detailed information from My Download List.

  1. Documents and data provided in My Download List in My Renesas are the same as those previously provided to users who have signed an NDA. Users who have signed an NDA can continue to access the files using the same ID and password.
  2. Your user ID will expire 2 years from the date of registration. Note that the expiration date is based on your date of registration as a standard user, not as a Premium User.
