SSP Components

Single-Sign-On Account

In order to get into the Synergy Gallery system, SSO (Single Sign-On) requires a MyRenesas registration from the user where basic user information such as full name and email is requested, and an additional step - also called upgrade account, to register into Synergy.


In order to have access to all Synergy Software releases, the user needs to complete both steps as follow.

The first step is to register to a MyReneas account. If you already have one, you should skip this step.

1. Click on the 'Sign in' link in the upper right section of the page.

2. Click on 'Don’t have an account yet? Register here'.

3. Fill out the form and click 'Submit'.

A page will load instructing you to check your email.

5. Click on the link listed in the email to finish your MyRenesas registration..

You will be direct to a page to select the products you are interested.

A page will load confirming your registration has been completed.

Solutions Gallery Registration

Due to Synergy Gallery nature of business - software distribution, Legal and Trade compliance are enforced requiring additional information; therefore only users that have completed the Synergy registration will be granted access to Synergy releases.

 

This process is also called upgrade account, where the user has to provide additional information - such as citizenship; only required if the user wants to download a release. And, it can be started from MyRenesas portal or any release page,  as shown below:

1. Click on 'User Profile' under Synergy Gallery > Summary.

1. Click on the 'Download' button - requires to by signed in to MyRenesas, underneath reads 'Upgrade Account'.

2. Fill out the form and click 'Submit'. NOTE: Grey out info can only be edited on MyRenesas.

You need to click out of the box to have the 'captcha matched' confirmation.

A page will load confirming your registration has been completed.

Archived Versions

Synergy public releases are available - for viewing only, in their respective pages, but archived versions, as well as user-specific ones, are only available to signed in users.

Therefore a Synergy account is required, and user needs to be signed in order to access them - view and/or download. 

NOTE: Some releases do not yet have archived versions.

1. Click on the "Sign In To View Additional Versions" button at the end of the PUBLIC version.

2. Select the desired version by clicking on the arrow on the right to expand it.

3. Click on 'Download' button once the version is expanded.

Company Registration

Company Registration is required to acquire a Development & Production license,  used when developing a product for commercial purposes.

Users don't need necessarily a Company Registration to evaluate the fully functional SSP using the Evaluation license included in the SSP pack available with only the user registration.

Due to Renesas policy, in order to validate the company registration request, we require the registration to be submitted from the company’s email address. 

Synergy Dashboard

With the unification of Synergy Gallery and MyRenesas, user dashboard has moved to MyRenesas portal.


Through the Synergy dashboard user can manage account profile, license & downloads, and email notifications.  

SSP Development/Production

In order to create an SSP Development/Production, you need to be a company Super User.

Your company needs to be registered,  your registration listed as an employee and you are one of the managers of the account.

Please refer to the Company Registration and Super User sections of this page for more details.

If you are not a Super User of your company account, you need to request the current Super Users to be added.
