Description
The SLG59M1614V is an 8.5 mΩ 4 A single-channel load switch that is able to switch 0.85 to 5.5 V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra-small 1.5 mm x 2.0 mm package.

- 8.5 mΩ RDSON while supporting 4.0 A
- Power supply: 2.5 V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5 V
- Input voltage range: 0.85 V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- Output voltage slew-rate control by external capacitor
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range

- Column sort buttons in header: Sort Column alphabetically / numerically descending or ascending
- Reset button in header: Reset all filters to the page default

- AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
- Multiselect checkboxes at beginning of each row in table: Select these checkboxes to compare products against each other
