The NP80N04MLG, NP80N04NLG, and NP80N04PLG are N-channel MOS Field Effect Transistors designed for high current switching applications.

  • High current rating ID(DC) = ±80 A
  • Low input capacitance Ciss = 4600 pF TYP.
  • Designed for automotive application and AEC-Q101 qualified

    • Column sort buttons in header: Sort Column alphabetically / numerically descending or ascending
    • Reset button in header: Reset all filters to the page default

    • Export button in header: Export the filtered results of the table to an Excel document
