The General-purpose microcontroller with lower operating current than RL78/G13

The RL78/G13A microcontrollers have the same functions as RL78/G13, with much lower operating current (47μA/MHz: over 40% reduction from RL78/G13*). They also support 105℃ operating ambient temperature which is not supported by RL78/G13 (Program Flash: 384/512KB products). They can be used in a wide variety of applications, from home and consumer appliances to industrial equipment.
