Information about Tool User Registration

We kindly recommend that our customers complete user registration before the use of our tool products.

  • Simple registration: You can complete registration by simply entering the product information via the Renesas Web site.
  • Unified management of product information: You can view the registered information in list format. You can also change and delete product information as a means of managing your products.
 

How to Register

  1. On the Renesas Web site, click Log In in the upper right corner, or click Account and then click [My Renesas] to log in.
  2. Click [Software/Tool Registration] in the My Renesas menu.
  3. On the "Software/Tools Registered" page, click [Add].
  4. On the "Register a Software/Tool" page, enter the product information to be registered.

Tips：

  • When you use [Obtain Subscription License Key] in the My Renesas menu, the license code is automatically registered by moving from the "License Keys" page to the "Register a Software/Tool" page.
    To move to another page, click the arrow below "Register".
 

How to View, Change, or Delete Registration Information

  1. On the Renesas Web site, click Log In in the upper right corner, or click Account and then click [My Renesas] to log in.
  2. Click [Software/Tool Registration] in the My Renesas menu.
  3. You can view registered product information in a list on the "Software/Tools Registered" page.
    To change or delete registered information, use the following icons below "Actions" on this page:
    ・Change: Pencil icon
    ・Delete: Trash icon
