Overview

The Pouch Inspection solution uses the RZ/A2M microprocessor (MPU) equipped with the Renesas RZ MPU family’s Dynamically Reconfigurable Processor (DRP) that can dramatically accelerate image processing algorithms to create an ultra-low power, highly-efficient, cost-effective solution compared to existing DSP or CPU in the market. The system is capable of identifying defects in the pouch such as seal quality, logo print quality, scratch, and damage check, and display the result as a defective pouch or not in the HDMI display.
