Overview
Description
DTDS’s 622 Module is built based on Renesas' RL78/G13 microcontroller running the Renesas LoRaWAN® stack and Semtech® SX1262 LoRa® communications device. The module is easily interfaceable to a host controller over AT commands.
Features
- Supports LoRaWAN Class A, Class B and Class C protocols.
- Available in all global frequency plans US/AU/AS/EU/IN/ID/KR/JP etc.
- TCXO enabled stable clock.
- Antenna matching network for a 50 Ohms termination is provided as a part of the module.
- Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +85 °C.
- The module can be operated independently without a host.
- FCC certified.
