SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137
The SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137 are single-chip microcontrollers incorporating a 32-bit RISC SH-2 core and on-chip peripheral functions.
The SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137 operate at a maximum frequency of 80 MHz, representing a 1.6-fold improvement in performance over the 50 MHz of Renesas Electronics's current SH7047 Series.
The SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137 incorporate Flash memory, always accessed by one cycle from the CPU.
The SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137 incorporate a powerful 16-bit timer (MTU2, MTU2S) suitable for high-precision inverter control and 2 units of 12-bit A/D converter. The SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137 are suitable for inverters in industrial and consumer applications.
The SH7131, SH7132, SH7136, SH7137 also include communication functions such as 1-channel CAN (Car Area Network) compatible interface, a four-wire synchronous serial communication unit, serial interface etc. This facilitates connection to electronic units and ICs.
