ISL91211AIK-REFZ Reference Design Board

ISL91211AIK-REFZ Reference Board for Xilinx Zynq-7000®

The ISL91211AIK-REFZ reference board for Zynq-7000 devices employs the ISL91211AIK multiphase PMIC, ISL9123 low IQ buck-boost regulator and two ISL80030 3A synchronous buck DC/DC converters. The ISL91211AIK is required for VCCINT, VCCBRAM, VCC_DDR and VCCAUX. The ISL9123 supplies the VTT power rail, and the two ISL80030 DC/DC converters support VCCO and VCC_IO for 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V rails.

Zynq-7000 Discrete Power Solution

Two backplane voltage options are available: 5V to 12V and 5V Only. The 5V to 12V option is usable for backplanes of 5V or 12V (or anything in between). The 5V Only option is usable only for 5V backplanes. The 5V Only option is suggested because this option is frequently less expensive than the 5V to 12V option. Analog or digital modules are available only with the 5V to 12V backplane option.

The suggested component part numbers also list the rated output current and current sharing capability.
