Flow sensors are used in many industrial device applications to measure the flow of liquids and gases. Here is an example of a block diagram where the signal from the MEMS sensor using a thermopile is processed by the analog front-end via the built-in operational amplifier and microcontroller, and the measurement result is output via display and communication functions.
