The RAA808015 is a compact single-channel DCDC Synchronous Buck regulator. To cover 2.7~5.5V input rail and 5A loading applications requiring high switching frequency to minimize inductor size, better transient response performance and light load efficiency improvement performance. The regulator is designed with COT IP to improve transient response performance and PFM to improve light load efficiency. It comes in two derivatives, RAA808015A (DEM) and RAA808015B (Force PWM) Simplify the BOM number without compensation. The RAA808015A/B are available in a 10-pin 2*2.5 QFN package.
