Blue-violet laser light sources are ideal for industrial applications such as precision measurement by laser displacement meters, detectors (sensors), CTP printers, lithography, and phosphor excitation.

The NV4V31MF and NV4V31SF blue-violet laser diodes achieve a high optical power output of 175mW (CW) at up to 85 °C. Both provide excellent linearity from low to high output at high temperatures, and reduce the unevenness of beam divergence.

The NV4V41SF is a high output blue-violet laser diode that achieves a high optical power output of 600mW (CW) at up to 30 °C.
