Hi, I'm Steve Rivet. I'm the Director of Intersil's power module product line. I'm here to demonstrate the operation today of the ISL8225MEVAL4Z evaluation board. This is a 2-output evaluation board. We have set up the board to output 1.2V and 1.5V, and we'll show you today just how easy it is to use. We've set up this board to run on a 12V input, so as you can see we have a 12V supply. And the board as I mentioned is set up for 1.2V and 1.5V outputs.

We have 1.2V and 1.5V on the output, and as you can see we'll enable our electronic load to provide 15A of output current on each channel. You can see we're still maintaining 1.2V at 15A and 1.5V at 15A. This board provides a very simple implementation of dual independent power supplies. The ISL8225M provides a simple complete DC/DC converted solution for a wide variety of conversion rates.
