The SH7206 is a set of ROMless products with a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz. With 128 Kbytes of on-chip RAM to which both read and write accesses can be accomplished in a single clock cycle, the SH7206 maximizes the performance of 200 MHz operating frequency. Equipped with fast external Bus Clock that operates at a maximum frequency of 66MHz and Bus Interface Control Circuit, the SH7206 can be directly connected to various external devices without the need of glue logic. The SH7206 includes industrial modules such as a Multifunction Timer and A/D Converter, and also communication modules such as an SCI (Serial Communication Interface) and an I2C. In addition, it adopts 176pin (QFP) which is suitable for a wide range of applications.
