The SLG5NT1477V is a 9.8mΩ 6.0A single‑channel load switch that can switch 0.85V to 3.3V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.5mm x 2.0mm package.

- 9.8mΩ RDSON while supporting 6.0A
- Power supply: 3.0V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.25V
- Input voltage range: 0.85V ≤ VD ≤ VDD - 1.5V
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
