The SLG59M1655V-EVB board evaluates the SLG59M1655V GreenFET, Single N-Channel, Reverse Blocking Load Switch.

Description
The SLG59M1655V is designed for load switching applications. The part comes with one 9 A rated MOSFET switched on by an ON control pin. MOSFET turn on time is independently adjusted by an external capacitor.
Features
- Power supply: 2.5 V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5 V
- Input voltage range: 0.85 V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- 7.8 mΩ RDSON while supporting 9 A
- Output voltage slew-rate control by external capacitor
- Over-temperature protection
- Output discharge version: SLG59M1600V
