The NP82N04MUG and NP82N04NUG are N-channel MOS Field Effect Transistors designed for high current switching applications.

  • Non logic level
  • Super low on-state resistance RDS(on) = 4.2 mΩ MAX. (VGS = 10 V, ID = 41 A)
  • High current rating ID(DC) = ±82 A
  • Low input capacitance Ciss = 6500 pF TYP.
  • Designed for automotive application and AEC-Q101 qualified

    • Column sort buttons in header: Sort Column alphabetically / numerically descending or ascending

    • AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
    • Multiselect checkboxes at beginning of each row in table: Select these checkboxes to compare products against each other
