Overview
Description
The 74CBTLV16245 16-bit bus switch has standard 16245 pinouts. The device is organized as dual 8-bit low resistance switches with independent Output Enable (xOE) control inputs. The 74CBTLV16245 operates at -40 °C to +85 °C.
