The RH850/D1L microcontroller has up to 4 MB flash and up to 656 KB RAM and dedicated features for instrument cluster with simple gauge system such as stepping motor controller/driver, sound generator and LCD bus interface. In addition, some products for instrument cluster with small 2D drawing such as Display Controller, Sprite Engine and video RAM with RAM wrapper are available.
