简介

电子阀控制在很多液体和气体的工业应用中必不可少。本设计利用瑞萨 流量传感器来监测液体和气体的输送速率,通过电机控制阀来控制流量。出于安全考虑,使用了两个 MCU。瑞萨 RX23T 专为电机控制应用而设计,而 RX231/RX65N 由于采用了功能安全平台软件,可对电机位置进行冗余监测,测量气体/液体流量,以符合安全集成 2 级 (SIL2) 标准。流量状态显示在 LCD 上,并通过以太网或 RS-485 传输。本设计的工作电压为 12V 或 24V。
