简介

超级电容器又称为双电层电容器(EDLC),具有充电时间短、功率密度高、寿命长、温度性能好、环保等特点。 EDLC 可取代传统电池(存在电解液泄漏等缺陷)作为备用电源。 当电源关闭几分钟内,EDLC 的电力即可用于数据备份、无线通信等。

瑞萨电子的智能电表解决方案与 4G 通信和 EDLC 相结合,实现智能控制和永不停机的系统。 ISL85403 升降压稳压器实现了 EDLC 的自循环备份,可将 EDLC 电压放电低至 0.1V(理论上)。 这大大提升了 EDLC 的效率,并降低了系统成本。 此外,RL78/L13 微控制器 (MCU) 是测量设备和电能表的理想选择,具有超低功耗和内置分段式 LCD 驱动器。
