The 2SJ557A is a switching device which can be driven directly by a 4 V power source. The 2SJ557A features a low on-state resistance and excellent switching characteristics, and is suitable for applications such as power switch of portable machine and so on.

    • AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
    • Multiselect checkboxes at beginning of each row in table: Select these checkboxes to compare products against each other
