Overview
The QB-Programmer on-board programmer software package supports the MINICUBE2 on-chip debugging emulator with programming functions. It enables operation of the MINICUBE2 emulator and erasing, writing, and verifying programs on Renesas single–power supply MCUs with on-chip flash memory, either installed in a system or mounted on a program adapter.

- Compact and lightweight
- Supports USB2.0 as a PC interface
- Supports UART(up to 1Mbps) and CSI-H/S (up to 2MHz) as a target device interface
- Reads device-specific parameters required for programming from the parameter file (*.PRM)
- Can supply 3 or 5 V power to the target device
- Can supply 4, 8, or 16 MHz clock to the target device
- Can perform self-testing and firmware updates
- On board/off board programming is available.
