Overview

The M34551T2-MCU is an MCU board for 4551 and 4555 Groups of Renesas 4-bit MCUs.
The board is used by inserting into a slot of the PC4504 emulator.
An M34551T2-MCU board with an EPROM (M5M27C256A or M5M27C512A) in which an application program is written can be use as an evaluation board. ^*1

*1. For a 4551 Group MCU, use of the corresponding one-time PROM version MCU (for evaluation) is recommend.

Debug Functions

• Start, stop and single-step program execution from any address.
• Referencing/changing program contents.
• Referencing/changing the internal RAM, registers and flags of the evaluation MCU.
