The SH7731 realizes high performance by incorporated SH4AL-DSP CPU core operating at maximum frequency of 333.4MHz, cache memory and RAM (148kB). μITRON Specification real-time OS is recommended.
Particularly, it incorporates LCD controller for VGA as maximum size and USB 2.0 high-speed host & function.
The SH7731 is appropriate for the applications such as human interface portion with display of OA, consumer segments.
