The SH7137 Series is a single-chip microcontroller incorporating a 32-bit RISC SH-2 core. This series incorporates a powerful 16-bit timer suitable for inverter control, a high-precision 12-bit A/D converter and a CAN (Controller Area Network) compatible interface for industrial applications.
