Overview
H8/300H Super Low Power series are single-chip microcomputers made up the high-speed H8/300H Renesas Electronics architecture as their cores, and have good performance on low voltage operation and low power consumption. H8/300H CPU has an instruction set that is compatible with the H8/300 CPU. Both Flash and Mask ROM parts of H8/300H Super Low Power series can be operated at a low 1.8V and consume very low power.
On-chip debugging function on Flash ROM parts allows program debugging with the microcomputer mounted in the system, simplifying development and adjustment and reducing the overall time required for product development.
