Product Overview:

RL78/L13 microcontrollers employ the RL78 core which realizes high processing performance whilst delivering the lowest power consumption in their class, and integrate a smart LCD controller/driver. In addition to a high-precision (±1%) on-chip oscillator enabling 24 MHz CPU operation and other enhanced peripherals, the RL78/L13 microcontrollers have a on-chip LCD controller/driver with up to 51 seg. x 4 com. (47 seg. x 8 com.) With small packages such as 64-pin QFN (8 x 8 mm) ideal for compact devices, these products are suitable for devices having a sensor, such as home appliances, mobile devices, healthcare devices, and other consumer electronics.
