Standard on-chip peripherals include 16-bit Multifunction Timers (incl. 3-phase inverter motor control function), UART/Clock Synchronous Serial Interface, 10-bit A/D Converter, DMACs, Watchdog Timer, Oscillation Stop Detection Function, etc.

Input Capture/Output Compare Timer, Clock Synchronous Serial Interface, Multi-Master I2C-bus, CRC Calculation Circuit, CAN, Voltage Detection Circuit, and PLL Synthesizer are added to standard peripherals.
