The M16C/62P is based on the M16C/60 CPU Core and has 1MB of address space.Maximum operating frequency is 24MHz when using PLL Synthesizer. Mask ROM,Flash Memory, and ROM-less Versions are available. Internal Flash Memory isprogrammable on a single power source.
