The H8S/2630, 2639, 2638, 2636, 2635 group of microcomputers contains 16bitx 16bit multipliers. These 128-pin products incorporate modules such as2-channel CAN interface, micro-step motor control timer, 384kB flash memory(H8S/2630), I2C bus interface (H8S/2638, H8S/2639, H8S/2630), subclockfrequency divider (H8S/2639. H8S/2630) and PLL clock frequency multiplier inaddition to the standard peripherals.
