H8S/2128, 2124

Use of the H8S/2128 or H8S/2124 Series enables compact, high-performancesystems to be implemented easily. The various timer functions and theirinterconnectability (timer connection), plus the interlinked operation of theI2C bus interface and data transfer controller (DTC), in particular, make these devices ideal for use in PC monitors.

H8S/2138, 2134

Use of the H8S/2138 or H8S/2134 Group enables compact, high-performancesystems to be implemented easily. The comprehensive PC-related interfacefunctions and 16 × 8 matrix keyscan functions are ideal for applications suchas notebook PC keyboard control and intelligent battery and power supplycontrol, while the various timer functions and their interconnectability (timerconnection), plus the interlinked operation of the I 2C businterface and data transfer controller (DTC), in particular, make these devicesideal for use in PC monitors.

H8S/2140B

This LSI is equipped with a data transfer controller (DTC) as a bus master,ROM,RAM, an 8-bit PWM timer (PWM), a 14-bit PWM timer (PWMX), a 16-bitfree-running timer (FRT), an 8-bit timer (TMR), timer connection, a watchdogtimer (WDT), a serial communication interface (SCI), a keyboard buffercontroller, a host interface X-bus interface (XBS), a host interface LPCinterface (LPC), an 8-bit D/A converter, a 10-bit A/D converter, and I/O portsas on-chip peripheral modules required for system configuration. AnI2C bus interface (IIC) can also be included as an optionalinterface.

H8S/2144B,2134B

On-chip peripheral functions include a 16-bit free-running timer (FRT),8-bit timer (TMR), watchdog timer (WDT), PWM timer (PWMX), a serialcommunication interface (SCI, IrDA), D/A converter (DAC), A/D converter (ADC),and I/O ports.
Use of the H8S/2144B or H8S/2134B Group enables compact, high-performancesystems to be implemented easily. In addition, the combination of flash andreduced-function versions are ideal for applications such as system units inwhich on-chip program memory is essential to meet performance requirements, product start-up times are short, and program modifications may be necessaryafter end-product assembly.

H8S/2148, 2144

Use of the H8S/2148 Group and H8S/2144 Group enables compact, high-performance systems to be implemented easily. The comprehensive PC-related interface functions and 16 x 8 matrix key-scan functions are ideal for applications such as notebook PC keyboard control and intelligent battery and power supply control, while the various timer functions and their interconnectability (timer connection), plus the interlinked operation of the I2C bus interface and data transfer controller (DTC), in particular, make these devices ideal for use in PC monitors.

H8S/2153

This group of products is a low-pin, small packge function-optimization ofthe H8S/2168 Group. Operating at low voltage/high-speed (3V/25MHz), theyincorporate the LPC interface and I2C-bus necessary for PC server peripheralmanagement and remote management. In addition, development using moreeconomical development tools is provided by on-chip emulator (E10A) support. The products come in BGA112-pin packages.
