Product Overview:
The H8S/2164 Group of products is a function-optimization of the H8S/2168Group. Operating at low voltage/high-speed (3V/34MHｚ), they incorporate the LPCinterface and I2C-bus necessary for PC server peripheral management and remotemanagement. In addition, development using more economical development tools isprovided by on-chip emulator (E10A) support. As with the H8S/2168 Group, theproducts come in 144-pin packages.
