The H8S/2153 Group of products is a low-pin, small packgefunction-optimization of the H8S/2168 Group. Operating at lowvoltage/high-speed (3V/25MHｚ), they incorporate the LPC interface and I2C-busnecessary for PC server peripheral management and remote management. Inaddition, development using more economical development tools is provided byon-chip emulator (E10A) support. The products come in BGA112-pin packages.
