Product Overview:

The H8S/2113 Group products are upward-compatible with the H8S/2112 Group. In addition to expanded ROM/RAM and the additon of SSU, SCIF, and IIC module communication functions, FSI (SPI-FLASH interface), PS2 (keyboard buffer control unit), and BBR (battery backup RAM) functions have also been added. These products have single power supply flash memory.
