Overview

The H8/300L Series is a series of single-chip microcomputers (MCU:microcomputer unit), built around the high-speed H8/300L CPU and equipped with peripheral system functions on-chip.
- Employs the proprietary Renesas H8/300L 8-bit CPU.
- On-chip peripheral functions suitable for the consumer product and communications equipment fields.
- Vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) controller/driver.
- LCD controller/driver.
- I² C-bus interface.
- Complete instruction set compatibility with the H8/300 CPU, allowing effective utilization of software resources.
- Minimum instruction execution time: 0.4μs (f = 10MHz) . 8-bit and 16-bit addition and subtraction: 0.4μs . 8-bit・8-bit multiplication: 2.8μs . 16-bit / 8-bit division: 2.8μs

H8/3657 Group

The H8/3657 Group of general-purpose 80-pin microcomputers incorporatesasynchronous SCI and operates at the low voltage of 2.2V.

H8/3714 Group
