Product Overview:
The H8/36912 and H8/36902 Groups are microcomputers with the lowest-capacity(8 kbytes) and lowest pin count (32 pins) in the H8/300H Tiny lineup. With enhanced timers, 10-bit A/D converter, asynchronous/synchronous serial interface, I2C bus interface (H8/36912 only) and large current ports, these devices are suitable for applications including system control for small home appliances and various sensors.
The oscillating circuit of this LSI can be selected between external oscillator or the internal on-chip oscillator. If the internal on-chip oscillator is selected, this LSI can be operated without connecting any external oscillator. Furthermore, with power-on reset and low-voltage detection functions, it is not necessary to connect an external reset IC.
Three package types are available: an 32-pin LQFP (7 mm x 7 mm), an 32-pin SSOP(11.3 mm x 20.45 mm) and an 32-pin SDIP (400 mil).
These devices may use the E8 emulator to support an on-chip debugger interface.
