Product Overview:
The H8/36064 Group is a slim version providing the function of theH8/3687 Group. The device has 32 kbytes of on-chip single power supply flash memory. On-chip peripheral functions include a 2-channel 16-bit timer which can control a motor by being used in combination. It has built-in serial communication interface(2-channel) and I2C bus interface(1-channel) as communication functions, making it suitable for network-connected home appliances. In addition, this group includes power-on reset and low-voltage detection functions. This means no possible to cut down on external reset IC is needed, reducing system cost. It uses the same 64-pin small surface mount package as the H8/3687. The E8 emulator provides support for an on-chip debugger interface.
