Product Overview:
The Network SRAM is a ZBT™ (Zero Bus Turnaround™ (ZBT®) *1) compatible, 18 Mb device within an industry standard package.
The Network SRAM devices are supporting wide bus architectures (x36) and a fast address access time (167MHz up to 200MHz).
Renesas is offering the devices with a 100-pin TQFP. A power supply voltage is 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V.

Key Features:
- 18Mbit synchronous SRAM
- ZBT compatible - 100% effective utilization of the data bus is possible by the double late write and pipeline read operation
- The word organization is 512k word x 36bit
