About the media reports regarding Renesas and its subsidiary

There were media reports regarding Renesas' SoC business and its manufacturing subsidiary, Tsuruoka factory at Renesas Semiconductors Yamagata, which were published in certain media.
The reports were not based on Renesas' announcement and they cannot be confirmed or regarded as fact at this time.
