With the exception of some non-promotion products such as maintenance
products, discontinued products, and products scheduled for discontinuation,
all Renesas products are lead-free.
Renesas can also provide lead-free products in fields which are not included in
the RoHS Directive, such as automotive, servers, storage devices, network
infrastructure equipment, medical devices, and so on.

selected products are shown below.
If the reflow heatproof and storage conditions shown here are different from
those described in your Renesas specification document, follow the conditions
written on your Renesas specification document.
