To maximize our corporate value, we have set up systems and various policies, starting with a complete corporate governance system. In addition, as a member of the global community, we contribute to local communities around the world.
We recognize that it is important to conduct business in a way that is ethical and transparent to continuously increase our corporate value, and are working on a complete corporate governance system to accomplish this.
In addition to establishing the Renesas Electronics Group Guiding Principles to clarify our CSR promotion activity policies, we have set up a CSR Promotion Committee to advance our CSR activities.
Participant in the United Nations Global Compact
To enhance our CSR activities, we participate in the Global Compact, which was established by the United Nations in March 2008.
We established the Renesas Electronics Group Code of Conduct and are conducting activities to provide training related to and raise awareness of compliance.
We established Basic Risk Management Regulations to clarify our policies for managing risks and handling business crises.
We established Renesas Electronics Group Information Security Policy which clarifies our policy on information assets protection.
