Terminal Printers

Overview

Terminal printers must operate reliably and be expandable and flexible. Our EA-9HD embedded array can be used to easily create hardware logic, making it ideal for this market.

The EA-9HD is especially suitable for operating external drivers such as a MOSFET, because it can perform 5 V full-swing output simply by adding a 5 V power supply. A capacity cell or SSCG (Spread-Spectrum Clock Generator) can be incorporated to reduce EMI noise. Furthermore, having an on-chip power-on reset (POR) circuit means that no external reset IC is required.
